    The week, the dates, the looks and the budget. A few lines by email or Instagram is enough to start.

    The selection

    Within 48 hours: a fitted selection with digitals, measurements and rate against each name.

    Options & holds

    You choose; we place first options and hold the dates before the calendar tightens.

    Confirmed

    Rate and dates agreed between you and the model. We carry it both ways and book the names.

    Call time

    We send every model your location and your hours. From there the day is yours.

Booking deadlines

The roster fills in the order briefs arrive.

Fashion Week casting closes at the end of August; Bridal Week, at the end of September. After that we cast against what is still open, and the best availability is usually gone.

Late brief, or a model down the morning of the show? Say so — we go straight back to the roster and put up who is free.

What exactly do you do?

We are the connection point between brands and models in New York. You tell us what the week needs; we put up names from our own roster with measurements and rates, book the ones you choose, and send them your location and call time. The week itself is yours to run.

How fast do we see models?

Within 48 hours of your note, and often the same day during show weeks. Each name comes with digitals, measurements, availability and rate, so you can book straight from it.

Can we still book this close to Fashion Week?

Yes, and the sooner the better. Availability tightens through the end of August. Write anyway if you are late; we cast against what is open and keep standbys through the week.

What does it cost?

Day rates depend on the role, the hours and the usage. You get the rate against each name, before you commit to anyone.

What about rates and usage?

Both are agreed between you and the model before anyone is booked — we put the terms in front of each side and carry them back. You see the rate against every name before you commit to anyone.

We are not a New York brand. Does that work?

It does. Most of our season clients ship the collection in. The roster is here: you tell us where and when, and we put the models in front of you.
